How to Place Your Order

1. When you've decide which item you like to order, email us the link of your order item. Our email address is princess_gurlz714@yahoo.com .

2. We will email you the payment details. Unfortunately, for our safety from identity theft and spammers, we decided not to publish the details here.

----> paypal & Local Bank deposit payment modes are accepted. For paypal transaction we charge additional 5%.

3. Once payment is made please notify us by sending the transaction code. As well as your full name, address and contact number for shipping purpose.

4. Please read the shipping terms & condition before placing order.

5. We assure that you'll always have a safe transaction with us. You'll either get the item or full refund is assured.

6. We strive for the best customer service possible. Kind words are appreciated. We know you are excited about getting the items, but we hope you will also be understanding to accept that sometimes delay occurs. Shipping delays caused by couriers are beyond our control.

PRE-ORDERS

PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.We accept pre-orders

2. emails us at princess_gurlz714@yahoo.com for quotation. Quotation will be provided, not inclusive shipping cost to Malaysia, as we dont know the weight of item.

3.Full payment of quotation is required when order is placed.

4.When we received the ordered item, we will quote shipping cost to Malaysia, you can choose shipping preferred shipping method. When we receive payment for shipping, we will ship out the item to you.

5. Buyer is solely responsible for Customs duty for pre-order items (items which are not listed for sale in our blog). We do not guarantee if your shipments are lost in shipment to Malaysia. (only for pre-orders, ordered from the links provided by you).

6. We are also not responsible if shipping delay occurs. We provide tracking numbers upon shipment, and the rest is your responsibility. If further proof of shipment is needed, we will email the screen copy of your tracking number with the shipment details (to whom & where).

SHIPPING

1. Most of our items are stocked in USA. If ready stock in Malaysia, we will state in listing. Local shipping is via Pos laju.

2. Items stocked in USA, are shipped directly to customers from USA upon receiving full payment.

3. Items of high value, which are more than RM550~/shipment, are shipped via USPS Priority mail, where tracking number will be provided. Item is trackable until it is delivered to you.

4. Item of less value, which are less than RM550~/shipment, will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Only custom label number will be provided upon request, which allows to track the item until it leaves USA. Once item has left USA, the next update will be once item is delivered. If you wish to have the tracking number instead of the Custom label number, additional USD$11.50 (RM32)/shipment is required.

5. We take full responsibility until item is delivered.

6. If item is lost in shipment, full refund will be issued.

7. Price listed in blog is inclusive shipping.No additional payment required.
